Location: Lisbon Role: German speaking Video Content ModeratorSalary:  18,500 EUR gross p/m plus performance bonus of up to 5% plus monthly meal allowance and monthly transport allowance. Additional 25% top up for hrs worked between 10 pm and 7 am.Hours of work: 40 hrs p/week, rotational - operational hours are 24/7Relocation package: if relocating - 2500 euro relo bonus gross paid with first salary paymentAre you ready to join this exciting journey with the best-loved video streaming website in the world? If you like the sun and the sea then this city is right for you!In this role you will:Review user reports regarding website/media contentAnalyse and identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action in a timely mannerMake well-balanced decisions and help resolve inquiries to defined policies and proceduresUse market specific knowledge and insights to spot and scope solutions to improve the support of user communityReview sensitive content, sometimes involving graphic or disturbing subject matter

Requirements

Fluent in GermanGood command of EnglishAvailability to work on a three-shift mode (morning, afternoon and night, 7 days a week)Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsQuick learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skillsExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and a desire to deliver accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard
