At SpeakIt, we are looking for German-speaking professionals to join our team as Travel Representatives for a leading flight booking platform serving the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Responsibilities Handle high-volume inbound calls and emails related to flight bookings Assist customers with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and refunds Provide full customer journey support (pre-sale and post-sale) Promote and sell travel add-ons such as insurance, baggage, and parking Deliver high-quality service while managing customer inquiries and complaints professionally Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Fluency in German (C1–C2 level, written and spoken) Good command of English (B2 level) Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience Previous call center experience is required Tech-savvy with good knowledge of CRM systems GDS knowledge (Amadeus/Sabre) will be considered an advantage Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Team-oriented mindset with a resilient and solution-driven approach
