This is a great opportunity to put into practise your IT skills as well as continuing your career development with one of the top brands within the industry!Responsibilities:Advice and support for Microsoft corporate customers (SMBs) and Microsoft partner companies on technical questionsContact by telephone (inbound and outbound), as well as in writing by email, in German and in EnglishSolving technical problems in contact with IT administrators, IT managers and other employees of the partner companiesIdentifying relevant processes and forwarding corresponding feedback to other teamsThe subject of the technical inquiries is, among other things, related to software such as Intune, Teams, Sharepoint or Office 365, as well as system administration.
Requirements
Native level of German, fluent level of English.Minimum one year of experience in technical support or as a system administrator.Great communication skills.Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure.Good team player.
