Responsibilities:To proactively engage with players via outbound calls, providing assistance with site usage to boost activity, retention, and reactivation rates.Making daily outbound calls and follow-upsAssisting new players and current players to ensure they have no blockers to enjoying the company productsPromoting the site, products, campaigns, and overall entertainment offeringWorking with your team leader to ensure all targets are understood andWork with other departments such as Payments, Risk, VIP and Customer Support
Requirements
An energetic passion for customer service and sales A comfort in striking up conversations whilst confidently promoting the company’s sites, products, and promotions.A drive to reach targets and overachieve on a daily basisAble to communicate at a bilingual or native level of German and English An understanding of the Casino and/or sports betting industryTarget-oriented and driven by achieving goals
