Requirements

Candidate profile Fluent in German (C2) and English BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and/or marketing Strong client-facing and relationship management skills Experience working with CRM systems and data-driven strategies Ability to work independently and achieve targets Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Understanding of the German market and business culture Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystems and campaign performance Awareness of GDPR and data privacy regulations Proactive, goal-oriented, and team-focused mindset
