Requirements

Requirements C2 level German and C1 level English Minimum 18 months of experience in digital advertising or market research within the German market Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Strong spreadsheet skills including pivot tables and basic automation Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail Experience using CRM systems and managing customer data Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities Experience using AI tools to support research or outreach strategies Team player with proactive and solution-focused attitude German Market Expertise
