Location: Qormi, Malta - remote after trainingThe Role: German speaking Junior Team Leader Salary: 25,800 EUR gross p/aRelocation: flight reimbursement up to 200 EUR plus  5 days accommodation on arrival (can be extended up to 3 weeks)We are hiring a German speaking Junior Team Leader to support operations within a fast-paced digital services environment. This role is ideal for someone with proven leadership experience in customer support, content moderation, or similar operational teams who is ready to take the next step.What You’ll DoSupport daily operations and ensure service levels are metMonitor quality and team performanceCoach and guide team membersHandle escalations and workflow challengesReview online content, including potentially sensitive materialEnsure policies and guidelines are applied correctlyIdentify improvement opportunities

Requirements

What We’re Looking ForFluent German and intermediate EnglishPrevious leadership experience in operational teams is a plus or showing ability to motivate and lead teamsStrong communication and people skillsComfortable working shifts (including weekends)
