Workster partners with a major player in international outsourcing to reinforce their Barcelona Team with German speakers. We are looking for Technical Support Advisors for a Service Desk role.Your RoleProvide 1st level support to the client workersHandling of IT requests or issues via phone, mail and chat or via self-service portalPerform root cause analysis and troubleshooting via phone and/or remote access and monitor IT requests and issues in the client’s ITSM service management system including their categorization and prioritization of IT issues and requestsTo be accessible and provide a first resolution rate by using internal knowledge databases.Cooperate with client’s 2nd level service organizations and external service providersProvide support to client’s employees in the operation of user systems and peripheral devices
Requirements
C1 or above German skillsVery good English language skillsExperience in 1st – or 2nd level IT support, ideally in larger environments, is an advantageGood IT knowledge, especially of Windows 10, Office 365 and MS TeamsGood knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and softwareAnalytical approach to complex issuesExperience in ITSM ticket systems (ideally in ServiceNow)Knowledge of processes according to ITIL V4 good to haveHigh customer and service orientationHigh sense of responsibilityReliable and systematic way of workingWillingness to learn and develop technical and soft skillsWillingness to work shiftsHigh motivation and willingness to work in a global team
