German-Speaking Customer Service – Travel Sector Office basedMalaga, Spain€23,500 per year Our client is looking for German Speakers to work from their offce in Malaga.DutiesHandle inbound calls and emails in German (80%) and English (20%).Assist customers with issues related to their credit cards and transactions.Provide clear, professional, and solution-oriented support.ContractPermanent contract (with a 2-month trial period).Working HoursMonday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (split shift).39 hours per week, with one rotating day per week.Salary€23,500 gross annually (€22,000 base + €1,500 Sign-On Bonus).TrainingStart date: 3rd November 2025Monday–Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.Friday: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.Training is fully paid and included in the contract.
