Workster partners with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard German speakers to grow their large in-house Team in beautiful Budapest.Your RoleTo respond to all customer enquires within given timescales, efficiently and effectively.To develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of client products and services.To be able to recognize when a problem or query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff.To deal with all correspondence as requested/required.Logging of all calls accurately and in line with procedure.Responsible for maintaining and updating all administration.
Requirements
Excellent German (C1+). both oral and writtenFluent in English (at least B2 level)Prior experience in customer service is a big plusGood Computer skillsSelf-motivated, gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer serviceProblem solving abilities, strong logical analyticsAbility to multi-task, handling multiple assignments simultaneouslyAble to work independently and as a part of the team
