Have you always dreamed of working under the sunny skies of Spain's Costa Blanca? Now is your chance! We are looking for German-speaking customer service representatives for an online banking service in Alicante, Spain! Can you start training on November 4, 2024? Then read on! What you will be doing: You'll be helping customers over the phone with their online banking questions. There's no sales involved, and you'll manage conversations in your own way—no script required. You don’t need to be a tech wizard, but good communication skills and enjoying customer interactions are key.No experience in customer service? No problem! You’ll receive a paid 2-week full-time training, where we’ll teach you everything you need to know and help you develop new skills.

Requirements

What do we require?German and English: German is your native language (C1/C2), and you can also communicate in English (C1 level)Opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 20:00Availability: You are available for at least 5 days a week, including two evenings per week until 20:00 and two weekends per month (Saturday and Sunday)Full-time during training: You are available for two weeks of full-time trainingWork location: You are ready to work on-site. After your onboarding period, you may work partially from home, in agreement with your team leaderSkills: Service orientation, communication skills, and an affinity for administrative tasks. Basic computer skills and experience are also requiredValid European passport: You must hold a valid European passport. An ID card will only be accepted if you have already worked in SpainYou can start in our clients office in Alicante on November 4, 2024.
