Welcome to your new opportunity in Czechia! We are seeking German speakers to work as customer advisors for one of the world’s best known luxury fashion brands. You can work from either the company’s modern Prague offices or remote anywhere in the Czech Republic (after the trial period.) Also on top of that you can spend 40 days per year working remotely abroad from anywhere in the Schengen zone! Full on the job training will be provided so while previous experience is an advantage it is not a requirement. So on a daily basis your main activities will be;  Greet every customer and provide the best customer experience on the phone and by email.Deliver TOP quality service to VIP customers.Advise customers about the availability of certain products. (eg. do they have it in stock or when it be available to purchase.)Give product advise helping customers choose a particular product or provide specific information about various products.Taking customer orders, make suggestions on related products that the customer may be interested in, help customer come to a decision on which products to purchase etc.Long-term assistance and support of regular customers.Provide information on product delivery, answer any questions and deal with any delivery related problems. 

Requirements

Fluent German and a good level of EnglishPrevious experience in the fashion/luxury industry and advantage but not required.Good PC skills and familiarity with standard software productsPro-activity and good time managementBe customer focussedExcellent communication skills – written and spokenAbility to think analytically and problem solvePositive thinking :-)
