Requirements

Fluency in German, both written and verbalGood command of English, both written and verbalm is a big plusExcellent communication skillsWork experience in a customer service center is an advantage, but not a requirementGood typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)Be organized, decision-making and analytical skillsTeam player with a great attitudeHigh school education minimum
