Description
- Review and process incoming legal requests related to privacy, defamation, fraud, forgery and other content matters.- Analyse flagged content and determine whether it should be removed or remain online in accordance with platform policies and community guidelines.- Keep up to date with policy updates and apply them consistently when moderating user-generated content.- Perform searches and gather information to evaluate defamation claims, and maintain records for trending issues and quality metrics.- Suggest process improvements and support cross-functional teams to ensure a safe and respectful online environment.- Meet performance targets while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.- Work on-site in Lisbon as part of an international team. Requirements
- Native or near‑native German (C1) and fluent English (B2).- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.- Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines precisely.- High resilience when dealing with sensitive content and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.- Willingness to work on‑site in Lisbon and to relocate if currently abroad.- Previous experience in content moderation or legal administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
