German-Speaking Co-Host Onboarding SpecialistLocation: Barcelona, SpainSalary: €30,000 gross/year + up to €3,500 bonusWe’re looking for a driven Co-Host Onboarding Specialist to help grow a strong network of local co-hosts for a global home-sharing platform.In this role, your main focus will be identifying and converting high-potential hosts into co-hosts. These are local professionals who support property owners in managing and monetizing their homes. You’ll combine sales skills, relationship building, and market insight to expand a high-quality co-host community.This role suits someone who is results-driven, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.What you’ll doCo-host acquisition & relationship buildingIdentify and reach out to potential co-hosts in key marketsUse phone, email, and other channels to explain the value of the programBuild trust with decision-makers and key stakeholdersDeliver tailored, consultative pitches and guide prospects through onboardingGrowing the co-host networkMatch co-hosts with property owners based on needs and locationSupport and streamline the sign-up processPipeline managementManage leads and track progress using Salesforce and internal toolsMeet or exceed outreach, acquisition, and engagement targetsShare insights and recommendations based on client feedbackCollaboration & improvementAct as the voice of the customer to highlight opportunities for growth and improvementWork closely with sales teams, program managers, and other stakeholdersStay up to date with market trends and toolsTake part in ongoing training and developmentWhat we’re looking for1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or another client-facing roleDegree or equivalent practical experienceNative or C2-level German and strong EnglishStrong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to meet or exceed targetsGood organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accountsConfident in written, verbal, and phone communicationNice to haveExperience with Salesforce, Mixmax, or similar toolsBackground in hospitality, property management, or related industriesA structured, process-driven mindsetHigh emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal awarenessSolution-focused approach to challengesProactive, entrepreneurial attitudeWhat you’ll getFull-time role (39 hours/week) in BarcelonaOffice-based with potential for hybrid work over timeCompetitive salary plus performance bonusReferral bonus up to €2,000Ongoing training and certificationsClear career growth with coaching supportCentral office location

Requirements
