Requirements
German language skills at C2 level + English language skills at C1 levelNeeds to be located in Greece ideallyExperience in a fast-paced operational environment, call center environment, or a role involving customer interaction is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPC literacy requiredPatience and empathy to accurately understand and resolve customer issues in accordance with customer satisfactionConfidential handling of all data and personal informationProactive, self-motivated, and a great team playerGood organizational skills and ability to work independently
