We are seeking German-speaking professionals with B2B sales or lead generation experience for an exciting new project, with immediate availability.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound B2B calls to engage and develop both hot and cold leads.Identify and act on new business opportunities.Strengthen client relationships by offering tailored solutions and consultations.Maintain detailed customer records in the CRM system, including forecasts and activity tracking.Collaborate with international teams to execute strategies and meet objectives.

Requirements:Technical Requirements:Internet:Broadband connection (minimum 10 Mbps).Ethernet LAN connection.Hardware:Processor: 1.8 GHz or higher (64-bit preferred).RAM: 8 GB or more.Storage: Minimum of 10 GB free.Resolution: 1920x1080.Wired USB headset.Operating System:Microsoft Windows 10 or later.Education:Commercial education background preferred.Relevant experience in call centers, inside sales, or B2B sales.Languages:Fluency in German.Good written and spoken proficiency in English.Working Hours:Monday to Friday, business hours.Minimum of 6 hours/day, 30 hours/week.
