Join an international team as a German-speaking Sales Development Representative and help drive B2B growth through high-volume prospect engagement, pipeline development, and customer acquisition.This is a great opportunity for professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities through phone, email, video, and social outreach.What you will doAs a Sales Development Representative, you will manage both inbound and outbound sales activities across different stages of the sales funnel. Your goal will be to connect with prospects, qualify opportunities, and support the transition from first contact to onboarding.Your main responsibilities will include:Managing high-volume inbound and outbound sales motionsReaching out to prospects via phone, email, video calls, and social mediaIdentifying the right decision-makers using tools such as Sales Navigator and desk researchFollowing sales cadences and response-time SLAs consistentlyActively managing your pipeline and moving prospects through the funnelRecording all relevant interactions in SalesforceHanding over qualified leads to the onboarding teamReviewing daily, monthly, and quarterly performance metricsContributing to revenue growth through strong prospecting and consultative sales activity

Requirements

Fluent German and English, both written and spokenAt least 1.5 years of experience in sales, ideally within tech or advertising salesA proven ability to identify budget opportunities and grow client investment over timeExperience with competitive selling and winning new businessExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and clear wayStrong time-management and self-organization skillsConfidence working independently in a fast-paced and changing environmentExperience with Salesforce or another CRM tool
