Requirements

You speak German at a native or near-native levelPrevious experience in customer service or as a customer advisor is a plusExcellent communication and active listening skillsStrong computer literacy and fast comprehension of digital toolsTeam-oriented mindset and solution-driven attitudeAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyGood MS Office skills are a plus (optional)
