Given the dynamic nature of this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop your IT skills and advance your international career at your own pace. French-language inbound technical support via phone, chat, and emailResponding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case informationEnsuring excellent customer satisfactionAssisting with general inquiries, and technical support issuesAppropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the processCollaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close ticketsMaintaining the internal ticketing system in EnglishAs a representative of the company, you will uphold the company's values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation.Requirements:Native-level French language skills (C2) + fluent EnglishExperience in customer/technical support is an advantagePatience to communicate and solve issuesWillingness to work on weekendsHandle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentialityProactive, self-motivated, and a great team player**All applicants must have an EU passport or a valid residence permit. Offer:Work in the office in Lisbon, Porto, or Homeoffice in PortugalDecent monthly salary paid 12 times a year (1166 € base + 100 € Skill Adder + 152 € in meal allowances) Relocation: Flight reimbursement up to 400 €  after 6 months, long-term accommodation (for 280 € monthly), administrative support, pick up from the airport.Monday-Sunday 08:00-19:00 working hours, no late or night shifts Private health insurance after 6 monthsGrowing opportunities and possibilities for an international careerBenefit from our modern amenities, numerous discounts at local businesses, company celebrations, events, and much more!
