In this role, you will provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers from the comfort of your home in Greece. Responsibilities Provide prompt and efficient customer support via chat and phone. Build strong customer relationships by delivering an exceptional and personalized support experience. Requirements

Native or bilingual proficiency in French. Advanced English language skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude. Being based in Greece or being willing to relocate EU Passport holder (essential for relocation support). Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
