Your mission: Ensure the effective recovery of overdue funds from customers in France, contributing to the financial health of a leading international mobility company. If you're results-driven and know how to communicate with both empathy and determination — this role is for you! ???? Your key responsibilities: • Manage collection activities to maximize cash flow ???? • Contact customers with overdue payments ???? • Issue payment commitment letters ✉️ • Handle credit hold notifications and legal actions when needed ⚖️ • Maintain accurate records of customer payment status ???? • Collaborate with internal teams on credit updates ????

Requirements

???? What we’re looking for: • Minimum High School diploma • Previous experience in Collections or Accounts Receivable (a plus) • Solid knowledge of Excel and Google/Microsoft tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Fluency in French and English (mandatory) ????
