As the company continues to support the growing customer base, they are looking to onboard outstanding employees capable of increasing customer loyalty and reducing customer churn.Responsibilities:Demonstrate exceptional customer service by providing consistent, timely and accurate customer supportLeverage analytics to proactively outreach to the existing customer base, to improve customer outcomes and their success with the application throughout the customer lifecycleUse Project Management skills to help the team generate and execute on ideas to enhance overall customer successResell the value and benefits of the company, up-sell/cross-sell services and products to increase customer satisfactionCross functional internal collaboration to advocate for the voice of the customer to all relevant stakeholders internally and with our channel partnersDemonstrate an ability to create partnerships and manage relationships to investigate and resolve customer issues
Requirements
