With offices across the globe, the platform is known for its global reach and commitment to providing a space for creative expression.Role Overview:As a Finnish-Speaking Content Moderator, you will support the platform’s content by ensuring it adheres to community guidelines and legal requirements. Your role will focus on removing harmful content and managing the flow of information, keeping the platform safe and enjoyable for all users.Key Responsibilities:Moderate content in Finnish to ensure it aligns with platform guidelines.Remove or block content that violates ethical and legal standards, including criminal acts, violence, hate speech, cyberbullying, and terrorism.Analyse and categorize flagged content to prevent the spread of inappropriate material.Work with content management tools to filter, organize, and prioritize content effectively.
Requirements
Fluent in Finnish (C2 level) and English (B2 level).Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is preferred.Strong technical skills and the ability to navigate web applications and content moderation tools.Ability to work with sensitive content and maintain professional standards.
Offer
Training:Duration: 10 working days, 8 hours per day.Includes comprehensive product training, customer management techniques, and platform-specific guidelines.Full compensation during training for those who successfully complete it.Working Hours:40 hours per week (8 hours per day, with a 1-hour lunch break).Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, covering 00:00 to 24:00.Relocation support: Yes, plus housing option in a company owned apartment building. Reimbursed flight tickets after 9 months in the company.
