Keep reading...About the Role:Our client is an American company specializing in cloud storage solutions, offering services for online backup and file synchronization.As part of the Finnish B2B Sales and Tech Sales team, you’ll focus on selling, upselling, client retention, and renewals via email and phone (outbound). Your responsibilities will include:Sourcing, contacting, and engaging both prospective and existing clientsEstablishing a pipeline of leads (as opposed to closing deals)Analyzing business needs, proposing solutions, and educating clients on Cloud products and upgradesThis role requires a proactive approach to building relationships and identifying opportunities to maximize client value.

Requirements

Advanced Finnish communication skills (written and verbal)1–2 years of proven experience in B2B salesPreferably experience as a user of Google products, Cloud Software, or CRM systemsStrong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesA positive attitude and a team-player mindsetCustomer service experience is a plusSuccessful candidates will receive professional training from certified instructors and work in a modern office close to Athens city center.
