Workster partners with a major international company in Greece to find experienced Finnish speaking Customer Care Specialists to work remotely anywhere in Greece, or in Athens. The successful candidates will support customers for different industries and brands. Your Role Support Finnish customers over phone, email and occasionally chatAchieve your weekly and monthly targets as part of a multicultural TeamProvide exceptional customer experienceRepresent your brand professionally and with dedicationDocument each interaction in a dedicated CRM systemAct as a key participant within the internal team and wider by taking part in department initiatives providing feedback/updates, promoting collaborative solutions, and supporting colleagues/department  

Requirements

Native (C1+) level of FinnishWillingness to relocate to Greece or based thereGood level of English (B2)Experience in Customer Support is an advantageStrong abilities to work independently and as a team playerProblem-solving and critical thinking skillsAdaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changesStrong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applicationsAbility to provide required documentation (ID/Passport, Birth Certificate)
