Requirements

Language Skills: Finnish (B2 level or higher) with basic English proficiency (B1+) for documentation and internal communications.Experience: Previous experience in customer service or call centers is an advantage but not mandatory.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
