Employees enjoy a dynamic culture with regular team events, Friday drinks and social activities.The roleAs a Financial Client Support Associate, you'll support Dutch-speaking clients with questions about their accounts, the trading platform and investment products. You'll communicate with clients via phone, email and live chat, ensuring they receive an excellent service experience.This isn't a sales role and you won't provide financial advice. Instead, you'll help clients understand how the platform works, explain investment products, give market insights and resolve any questions they may have.What you'll be doingSupport clients via phone, email and live chatHelp clients navigate and use the online trading platformAnswer questions about accounts, orders and investment productsResolve technical and operational issuesComplete a structured onboarding and training programmeBuild long-term client relationships through excellent customer serviceWhat we're looking forFluent Dutch and a good knowledge of EnglishAn interest in investing or financial marketsStrong communication and customer service skillsA willingness to learn and develop professionallyA positive, proactive and team-oriented mindsetYou are already based in the Amsterdam areaThis role is ideal for graduates and candidates with up to two years of experience who are looking to build a career within financial servicesTraining & Career GrowthYou'll complete a paid onboarding programme of approximately 2–4 weeks, where you'll learn about the company's products, systems, compliance requirements and client communication. As your knowledge grows, you'll gradually take on more complex client enquiries and continue developing your expertise in financial markets.This role is designed as a strong starting point for a long-term career. Many employees progress into senior client service and leadership positions, while others choose to explore opportunities in different areas of the business.
