To learn more about TheFork and our Forkies, explore our official site: https://www.careers.thefork.com What you will do:Manage designated pipeline and outbound sales (cold-calling and Face-to-face visits/negotiations) through the area designatedNegotiate terms, including rates and margins, and close new businessConsultatively position our distribution platform and value propositionEngage with prospective customers appropriately to their needsModify customer engagement to overcome objections and identify solutions to roadblocksEffectively and professionally represent our brand and our platformAchieve and exceed monthly and/or quarterly sales targetsCollaborate with sales operations, supplier support, and account management teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales cycleExhibit determination and resilience in the face of obstacles or challengesEngage with destination marketing organizations and other trade groups to win customersTravel to attend trade events, participate in regional speaking engagements, and/or attend internal team meetings, as needed
Requirements
3-5+ years of experience in sales, preferably with an online companyNative Spanish with good level of EnglishDriving License Hospitality industry experience preferredStrong sales, negotiation, and closing skillsProven record of contracting new business and regularly exceeding sales targetsTerritory and pipeline management experience using Salesforce or another CRM toolGood written and oral communication skills in English and the relevant language/s of the territoryResults-driven hunter mentality with relentless drive to sign up new customersProven self-starter with ability to deliver on initiatives without constant supervisionConfident and energetic; flexible and adaptable; organized and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor’s Degree
