Do you like creating long-term customer relationships and developing new business opportunities for the customer?Then we have the job for you! Who are you? We are looking for top Retention Agents with B2B and B2C experience to build and maintain customer relationships. You will manage a portfolio of customers over the phone. Ensure a good business relationship with revenue and profit responsibility both in the short and long term. You need a passion for the financial market, sales experience and the ability to solve problems.  You will be part of a dynamic and hungry team that works towards both group goals, as well as having your personal goal every month. Who we are - about the company: We are located in Malta, in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea and are currently 250+ employees. We specialize in the field of finance, commodities, currency trading, online trading and customer relations since 2012.

Requirements

You as a person must have:minimum 1 year of experience in CFD/FXSelf motivationGoal orientedPunctualitymaster English at a fluent levelSwedish language is an additional plus
