Let’s shapethe future together!For one of our clients - а firm providing customer experience technology with outsourcedsales, support, and business process services for large corporations, we are looking for – E-retail Trust and Safety Specialist with German and English.Responsibilities:*Provide friendly and professional support to customers, sellers, and creators;*Investigate issues to find solutions that ensure a safe and reliable platform;*Collaborate with internal teams to resolve cases and follow up on escalations;*Spot patterns in inquiries and suggest improvements to reduce repeat issues;*Build trust with sellers and support their long-term success;*Follow internal processes and contribute to special projects as needed.Qualifications:*Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken);*Previous experience in customer support, ideally in e-commerce or digital services is a plus;*Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset;*Great communicator and team player across departments;*Attention to detail and a passion for service improvement;*Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-moving international work environment.Our client offers:*Full-time position (40 hours/week) with shifts between 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Sunday.30-day probation period and an unfixed-term contract;*Competitive salary with additional role and language complements, as well as performance- based incentives;*One-time signing bonus for external candidates and recurring loyalty bonuses every three months;*Daily meal allowance plus holiday and Christmas bonuses, which can be received monthly or as a lump sum;*22 business days of annual leave, with compensation for working on Portuguese publicholidays, following national labor laws;*Assistance with temporary and permanent accommodation, travel reimbursement, andfinancial support for the first few months;*Fully paid training from day one, plus medical and dental insurance included after sixmonths.
