You’ll play a key role in content moderation and community support, ensuring users have a positive experience on this leading video streaming service.Responsabilities:Review and Classify Content: Analyze user reports, ensuring content meets platform guidelines and escalating issues as needed.Policy Adherence: Stay up-to-date on policies and ensure accurate content tagging within set timeframes.Identify Trends: Recognize and communicate trends or issues that fall outside standard guidelines.Sensitive Content Review: Review graphic or sensitive content when required, maintaining a professional approach.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English (written and verbal).Adaptable and quick to learn new processes.Independent and organized with strong time management skills.Detail-oriented and efficient in maintaining high standards of accuracy.Neutral attitude towards a variety of content, ensuring fair assessments.Willingness to work in a dynamic, team-based environment with flexible hours, including weekends or holidays (shifts: 8 AM - 8 PM, Monday to Sunday).Preferred ExperienceInterest in social media, current events, and fast-changing digital content environments.
