Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in optimizing their use of digital advertising tools. Your expertise will ensure clients receive the guidance and support they need to successfully grow their businesses and achieve measurable results.Provide tailored support for SMB clients via phone, email, and chat.Assist in expanding the self-serve advertising user base.Offer pre- and post-sales assistance for self-service advertising tools and features.Deliver product and tool guidance to improve the customer experience.Identify trends and troubleshoot issues affecting multiple SMB clients.Share valuable customer insights with the engineering and product development teams.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma (required); Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).Experience: Prior experience in customer support, sales, or digital advertising (preferred).Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools quickly.Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
Offer
Schedule: 40 hours per week on a rotational shift from Monday to Sunday (06:00 – 00:00).Contract: Initial 12-month employment contract, renewable for another 12 months.
