Location: Lisbon, PortugalRole: Dutch Technical Support AdvisorSalary: basic gross p/m Euro 1100 (paid 14 a year) + Euro 120 p/m bonus (paid 12 x a year) potential plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucherWorking hrs: 40 hrs p/week between rotational between: Monday to Friday – 08:00 to 20:00, Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 to 17:00Relocation: flight reimbursement + subsidised room in company apartment in Lisbon for rent of 280 euro p/m The CompanyOur client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Dutch Technical Support Advisors. The RoleAs a Dutch Technical Support Advisor you will represent a global technology brand. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, emails and chat and will answer qeneral Inquiries and solve any technical issues they might experience with their voice assistant device. First time resolution, taking ownership and customer satisfaction are very much important in this role. This will suit someone who has an interest in technology and who likes to troubleshoot.
