Requirements

Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spokenBusiness-level Czech language skills can be a bonus, but not requiredGood understanding of the supported business area and connected products and servicesKnowledge of ITIL, Agile frameworks, and service governance principlesStrong knowledge of IT products, services, and terminologyExcellent prioritization and problem-solving skills, especially during business-critical situationsAbility to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong communication and customer service skills
