You will support sales operations by providing personalized assistance to Dutch-speaking customers regarding product offerings, delivery services, and queries, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Support customers with inquiries related to frozen food products, delivery schedules, and promotions.Assist in order placement, changes, and tracking to ensure timely deliveries.Offer tailored recommendations and advise customers on product choices based on their needs.Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring satisfaction through quick problem resolution.Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective customer support.Stay informed about product offerings and delivery services to give clients up-to-date information.

Requirements
