Location: Athens - hybrid Role: Dutch speaking Frontline Support AgentSalary: 1500€ gross per month + up 100€ monthly transport allowance. Plus monthly performace bonus of up to 300€ (note salary is paid 14 x p/a)Relocation:  Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 4 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between: Monday-Sunday 09.00-19.00 The RoleWe are recruiting for a fluent Dutch speaking Frontline Support Agent for a global outsourcer in Greece. This is a hybrid job from Athens, where you will work some days in the office and some days from home. As a Frontline Support Agent you will represent a very well-known IT company where you provide a mix of customer and technical support. You will receive inbound calls, chats and emails helping customers with a variety of queries such as account settings, downloading and installing apps and content, refund requests, assisting customers with setting up their payment accounts and troubleshooting related issues.

Offer

OfferThe selection process is done remotely via video interviews. Once successful your flight will be booked for you, you will be picked up from the airport and brought to your hotel. The hotel is paid for you for 4 weeks and support is given to find your place to live after the first 2 weeks.
