With over 6 million products available online, this company serves millions of customers with everything from Dutch and international books to the latest gadgets, games, and digital products.As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact, making sure every customer enjoys a smooth, professional, and friendly experience.What You’ll DoAnswer customer questions and resolve issues via phone and email.Troubleshoot problems related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.Support external sellers who use the platform.Provide information about digital products.Escalate and reroute complex cases to the right department.What We’re Looking ForNative/fluent Dutch speaker with good English skills.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Customer-focused, empathetic, and solution-driven.Comfortable using digital tools and handling different types of queries.
