Location: work from home in GreeceRole: Dutch speaking Customer Advisor for Entertainment Streaming PlatformSalary: 1300€ gross per month + up to 145€ monthly performance bonusRelocation:  Includes initial flight to Greece, taxi pick up from the airport, 4 weeks hotel, dedicated relocation officer and assistance with finding your own accommodation.Working hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between: Monday - Sunday 09:00-00:00 The RoleWe are recruiting for a fluent Dutch speaking Customer Advisors for a global outsourcer in Greece. This job can be done from your home office anywhere in Greece. This is an inbound role, where you will provide voice, chat and email support to existing and potential new clients. Queries you will receive could be in relation to account access issues where you might have to do some light technical troubleshooting steps with the customer. Other queries could be in relation to billing and payment issues and you will also deal with client retention and would ask probing questions if a customer wants to cancel their subscription.

Offer

OfferThe selection process is done remotely via video interviews. Once successful your flight will be booked for you, you will be picked up from the airport and brought to your hotel. The hotel is paid for you for 4 weeks and support is given to find your place to live after the first 2 weeks.
