As a Dutch-Speaking Content Moderator, you will help ensure a safe and engaging online environment by reviewing and moderating digital content across social media and other platforms. You'll apply content policies to maintain standards around appropriateness, safety, and transparency.Key Responsibilities:Review and moderate content like videos, news stories, images, and social media profiles.Enforce content policies related to age-appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency.Monitor reports of abuse, ensuring adherence to client guidelines.Escalate issues when necessary to maintain performance standards.Participate in wellness programs and team activities to promote a positive work environment. 

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch and English.Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply policies.Comfortable working with sensitive content.Willingness to move to Thessaloniki and work on-siteWillingness to work flexible shifts (day, late & night shifts)Ability to handle a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
