Job Title: Dutch Sales Account ExecutiveReporting to: Team LeaderLocation: Lisbon, Portugal (fully onsite)Salary: CompetitiveFull Relocation is offered including permanent accommodation, airport pick up, support with documentations.As a successful Dutch Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts and understanding their business needs and how you can support them. You will be supporting our clients by understanding the knowledge gaps in their organisation and offering a consultative approach in providing them with access to knowledge experts globally. REQUIREMENTSKey ResponsibilitiesManage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients needs by delving deep and understanding their business modelsWorking with key clients on projects, understanding their objectives and working on analysing dataManaging and maintaining the inhouse knowledge database and reaching out to recruiting new experts when required.Developing strong internal and external relationships with customers and find new & innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience.Strong networking skillsA track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensures working in a fast-paced environmentParticipate in weekly & monthly meetingsNavigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction OFFERExperienceMinimum 2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account managementFluent Dutch & EnglishStrong administration skillsCRM proficiency experience a plus * High levels of motivation, enthusiasm and an innovative approach * Sales training is preferredA natural attitude towards providing excellent quality serviceExcellent telephone manner is essentialGood team player with a flexible and cooperative attitudeHas excellent communication skills and is able to build effective long term relationshipsIs able to develop positive business relationships and to ‘close’ a saleExcellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skillsThis role is a driving force for the success of the company and demands the highest level of professionalism and customer service, if you think you have the attributes to fill this role please forward on your CV to Emily Mason or Roisin Claffey via the link attached.
