This includes managing client communication and expectations for a smooth hiring process.Market Building: Develop and expand your market by building strong relationships with candidates and clients, continually driving revenue. Who We're Looking For:   We are looking for intelligent, motivated individuals with a strong interest in recruitment. While academic degrees are not essential, we value practical skills and sharp thinking. Ideal candidates are Dutch or French speakers fluent in English.
