About the Role We are looking for a motivated Dutch-speaking Customer Support & User Enablement Representative to boost customer satisfaction and engagement. In this role, you will represent the brand, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and guide users to get the most value out of the platform. Responsibilities Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries across multiple channels Troubleshoot and provide accurate, user-focused solutions Educate customers on how to maximize their mobility service experience Identify trends and share user insights to drive service improvements Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product usability and customer satisfaction Requirements Native-level or fluent Dutch (C1+) Good command of English (B2+) Previous customer support experience is an advantage Strong communication and active listening skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to deliver practical solutions Offer Salary: €1740 Holiday Bonus €860 x 2 Daily meal allowance of €6.41 (approx. €141/month) Performance-based bonuses Employee referral bonus program Relocation package, including: Flight cost reimbursement with the second salary 60 days of company-arranged accommodation Reimbursement of the first month’s public transport (up to €40) Full assistance with legal and administrative processes to work in Portugal Why Porto?
