Known for its sustainability focus and customer-first approach, the company is expanding its multilingual support hub in Málaga and looking for French and Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join their growing international team. The RoleAs a Customer Support Agent, you will support customers across Europe in French and Dutch, ensuring smooth communication and excellent service. You’ll handle inquiries related to EV charging systems, assist with troubleshooting, and ensure that every customer enjoys a seamless experience with the brand. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support in French and Dutch via phone, email, and chatOffer troubleshooting guidance and technical assistance to end usersLog and manage customer interactions accurately in the CRM systemCollaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficientlyContribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes
Requirements
RequirementsFluent in French and Dutch (spoken and written)Good command of English for internal communicationPrevious customer service or technical support experience preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsTechnically minded and comfortable learning about new products and systemsAlready based in or able to relocate independently to Málaga, Spain
