As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist with Italian and English, you will:Review user-generated back-office information, which may include sensitive or potentially disturbing content, ensuring compliance with established policies and guidelinesTake prompt and appropriate action on content or information that violates policies or presents potential risksStay updated on internal procedures and policies to ensure accurate implementationIdentify and analyze trends and patterns to proactively mitigate risks

Requirements

High attention to detailAbility to work with sensitive information in a professional mannerStrong decision-making skills with the ability to justify actions through logical reasoningAnalytical skills and the ability to recognize patterns and behaviorsStrong organizational and time-management abilities, with the flexibility to manage changing priorities and workloadsPrevious experience in fraud investigation, content moderation, spam detection, or similar areas is considered an advantageRequired Qualifications:Fluent Italian language skillsEnglish language skills at B2 level or higher
