Based in beautiful Greece - with the option to work remotely across the country - you’ll be assisting subscribers with everything from payment inquiries to streaming troubleshooting. If you’re tech-savvy, customer-focused, and ready to start an exciting international career, this is your chance to combine work with your love for TV shows and movies! What you will do: Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers Answering how-to questions about payment Troubleshooting streaming and content issues Assisting subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix

Requirements

Fluent Danish speaker Fluency in English Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills Computer knowledge/tech savviness Being a TV shows fan will be considered as an extra asset! Relocation to Greece EU Passport holder
