In this role, you’ll represent one of the most recognized technology brands worldwide, assisting users, solving inquiries, and helping them get the best possible experience from their products and services.Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer care while supporting innovation and user satisfaction at every touchpoint.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through multiple channelsProvide accurate information and effective troubleshooting for product-related issuesGuide users on product features, updates, and best practices to enhance their experienceIdentify and communicate recurring customer insights to help improve processes and productsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure an outstanding overall customer experience
Requirements
Native or fluent Danish speaker (C1 level or higher)Proficient in EnglishPrevious experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantageExcellent communication and active listening skillsStrong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude
