With a diverse team across multiple countries, they provide first-line support and technical assistance for leading international brands in a dynamic and inclusive work environment.What will you do?Handle customer inquiries via voice, email, chat, and social mediaGuide users through account registration and sign-in processesTroubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, and playback issuesProvide support with app installation, device compatibility, and settingsAssist customers with subscription management, payment updates, and billing issuesSupport users with subscription pauses and cancellationsCollect and communicate user feedback to contribute to platform improvementsEnsure high-quality service and efficient response times across all channels

Requirements

Candidate profileFluent in Danish and English, both written and spokenStrong communication skills and customer-oriented mindsetPrevious experience in customer service is an advantageAble to handle technical troubleshooting in a structured and patient mannerComfortable working in a fast-paced, international environmentFlexible and available to work rotational shifts
