Handle customer inquiries via voice, email, chat, and social media Guide users through account registration and sign-in processes Troubleshoot streaming quality, buffering, and playback issues Provide support with app installation, device compatibility, and settings Assist customers with subscription management, payment updates, and billing issues Support users with subscription pauses and cancellations Collect and communicate user feedback to contribute to platform improvements Ensure high-quality service and efficient response times across all channels

Requirements

Candidate profile Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset Previous experience in customer service is an advantage Able to handle technical troubleshooting in a structured and patient manner Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment Flexible and available to work rotational shifts
