Location:  Lisbon, PortugalRole: Danish speaking Content ModeratorSalary: 1,358 Euro gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus, meal allowance) plus free accommodation. Package without accommodation is 1620.50 Euro p/m grossWorking Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, 24/7.Relocation Package: flight reimbursement, airport pick up, accommodation during employmentAre you detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about creating a safer online environment?We're looking for a Danish-speaking Content Moderator to support a leading short-video social media platform. In this role, you'll help maintain platform integrity by reviewing user-generated content and ensuring compliance with community guidelines and policies.As part of your daily responsibilities, you will:Review videos, images, comments, posts, and audio contentIdentify and remove content that violates platform policiesModerate user interactions and appealsClassify and label content accuratelyMonitor compliance with legal and platform standardsReport moderation trends and recurring issuesPlease note that this role involves reviewing user-generated content that may include sensitive material such as violence, adult content, offensive language, fake news, disturbing or graphic content etc.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in DanishGood command of EnglishThis is 24x7 operation which requires you to do a mix of day and night shifts Have attention to detail
